Following the launch of GP provision within the Norfolk Prison Cluster Phil Hill has been able to supply a set of reliable GP's to cover surgery as well as specialised sessions for IDTS which is a key requirement when dealing with this client group. Phil has provided Norwich Prison with locum GP's since July 1st 2010 for Serco and this will continue until the year-end. The experience of working with Med-Co has been very positive and Phil has worked hard at plugging gaps should they occur, as it inevitably does in this working environment. Progress updates are forthcoming and paperwork is always timely. I will now be passing the management of locums to the local managers and I've no doubt that their experience will be as fruitful as mine.
