Personal Health Planner

Working for an exclusive Private Practice based in Mayfair, you will deliver seamless personalised healthcare to their clients.

The Practice has strong links with the film and media industry, so a professional approach and absolute discretion is essential.

You will be required to travel to client locations (within the M25) at their request to deliver care. There will be a strong element of working-from-home and video consultations. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role. Applicants must be flexible and adaptable.

Requirements:

• Must be a Registered General Nurse with current RCN registration
• Must have proven experience of relationship management
